The rules of the Renovation Game are that any project should take no longer than three days to complete, cost the team a maximum of £3000 in materials and add a value of £15,000 to the home. If the team do not achieve this target, they have to meet the costs of the work from their own pockets.
Viewers are invited to contact the show to propose that the team come to their home to do a makeover. Previous Renovation Game Projects have included kitchen makeovers, conservatories and bathrooms and in many cases, the Renovation team take over projects that the homeowners have begun but failed to finish.

The Renovation Game uses a team of talented builders and trade professionals from a wide range of professional backgrounds and both sexes are represented too. There is a female carpenter and a couple of female gas fitters and engineers as well as all round handy men, master builders , plasterers and all the trades needed for building projects of all types.
If, like most people you have to carry out your own renovation and DIY, you will watch this show with a mixture of interest and extreme envy.  The Renovation Game makes a quick and easy job of household renovation and in many cases provides dream solution to nightmare problems.
