First aired in 1988, on ITV1, This Morning is arguably the channel’s most viewed daytime television programme. It is currently presented by Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes.

This Morning is aired on a daily basis and provides features on a wide range of topics, including, news, entertainment, style and beauty, food and drink.

In addition to its main presenters, the show also features a number of guest presenters who are often celebrities. Examples of such celebrity presenters include, Coleen Nolan, Jeremy Kyle and Amanda Byram.

Its target demographic is mainly female and consists of mothers raising families at home as well as individuals or running a home based businesses.
