The Hoobs is a popular children’s television show produced by The Jim Henson Company and aired on Channel 4.

The programme is broadcast between the hours of 6:00 and 7:00 am with each episode lasting for 25 minutes.

The Hoobs focuses on a group of alien explorers named Hubba, Iver, Groove, Tula, and Roma on a mission to gather as much knowledge as they can in order to update their encyclopaedia.
To achieve this aim, the group interact with their human friends to obtain answers to questions they wish to have resolved before sending a report back to their planet.
Hubba then updates the encyclopaedia which contains all the information they have gathered in the course of their travels.

Viewers can watch previous episodes of The Hoobs on 4oD, Channel 4’s online television service.
