Supersize vs Superskinny is a Channel Four lifestyle documentary series where diets are exchanged between one very overweight eater and one very underweight eater to try and improve the foods both participants are consuming.

The show also revisits previous eaters, for example in series 6, Hayley and Geoff. Hayley Payne was a sugar fan and Geoff Milton a ‘snackaholic’. They are visited on the first anniversary after they initially met to see is they managed to banish their previous bad diets forever or if they have sneaked back into their former eating habits.
