River Cottage Bites
River Cottage Bites is a Channel 4 production presented by TV chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittenstall. The ‘Bites’ refers to the miniature films from River Cottage showing demos on a range of kitchen and outdoor skills.
River Cottage has been watched by a vast audience since the late 1990’s and its hard hitting campaigns have altered the nations culinary patterns and improved the conditions of animals and fish. River Cottage itself is a former weekend and holiday home which was originally a game-keepers lodge in Northbury, Dorset. It provides a lovely setting for River Cottage Bites.
