Relocation: Phil Down Under is a spin-off from Channel 4’s Location, Location, Location in which Phil Spencer assists Brits with the glamorous challenge of moving house to live in Australia.
Phil himself is married to an Australian lady and also a property expert. He uses his vast knowledge and experience to assist six families who hope their dream of living in ‘Oz’ will come true. Phil also devotes a regular part of Relocation: Phil Down Under to check over a skilled occupation list.

Occupations of people hoping to make the move to Australia include Social Worker and Accountant, and Phil also helps a couple start their retirement years in the Central Coast.
