Peep Show is currently showing on Channel 4 much to the delight of its many fans. This iconic British sitcom stars comedic duo David Mitchell and Robert Webb as Mark and Jeremy, two flatmates living in Croydon South London.
Mark is a socially awkward character with a steady job and middle-aged attitude and Jeremy a usually out of work, sometimes musician is more popular but behaves like a borderline psychotic. The two are old university friends and rivals.
Peep Show follows their many failures, occasional triumphs and often cringe inducing situations.
The show includes a cast of quality supporting characters including Olivia Colman award winning actress who plays Sophie Chapman the love interest at various times for both the main characters.

During its eight series, Peep Show has won many comedy awards. These include the Rose d’Or 2004 for best European comedy, a BAFTA in 2008 for best sitcom, and a further BAFTA for David Mitchell for best comedy performance. It is Channel 4’s longest running comedy series.
As the show has progressed through the years, Peep Show has seen a changing cast and storyline as the characters develop and become older. It is well worth watching and if you have not seen it, you have the whole eight series available!
