New Girl is a US programme shown on Channel 4. It is a comedy about a fun female L.A teacher called Jess.v510tv After Jess finds herself single, she looks through the classifieds and relocates to her new home with three youthful males. Jess is played by Zooey Deschanel of Elf and Days of Summer fame.

Her room-mates consist of irritable Nick, a lazy Barman who is trying to move on from a relationship of his own; womanising Schmidt who is over-confident due to his work-related success and popularity with the ladies and Winston who excels at Basketball but not quite enough to play for the National Basketball Association.
