Imagine on BBC One is an arts programme that is presented by Alan Yentob and covers a whole range of culture and art from around the world. The subject matter in varied and this programme is always worth watching because you never know what or who you are going to see next. If you fear that culture programmes may be too highbrow or boring, think again because this series covers such a wide variety of subjects that there will always be something to interest you, whatever your tastes.

Imagine was first broadcast in 2003 and has run to 22 series so far. Each season is usually between 4 to 7 episodes and films are generally at least an hour long.

In many episodes the films focus on well known people and previous subjects have included  top coiffeur Vidal Sassoon , playwright Alan Ayckbourn and sculptor and artist Grayson Perry as well as films about Freddy Mercury , David Bowie and Paul Simon. Imagine on BBC One is a high quality programme that delivers diverse and entertaining films that are always worth watching.
