Four in a Bed is a Channel 4 series in which the owners of ‘bed and breakfasts’ i.e.  small businesses which provide guests with overnight accommodation and breakfast, take turns in hosting each other in order to find out which one of them provides the best value for money.

Four in a Bed features participants who run ‘bed and breakfasts’ or ‘B & Bs’ as they are popularly known with the contestants staying at each other’s establishments.
A visit often incorporates sightseeing of the town where the show is being filmed, as well as a meal at one of its local restaurants.
Following the guest’s visit, they are required to fill   a feedback form after which   they pay a fee which they believe is deserved based on the service they have received.
