Dispatches is a factual documentary series from Channel Four that sheds light on current issues. Dispatches differs from similar programmes in the aspect that when a particular company is being investigated, a Journalist can work undercover to report on genuine events.
This ground-breaking programme has covered controversial topics such as ‘Undercover Mosque’ and ‘Saving Africa’s Witch Children’ and has been successful since it first aired in the late ‘80’s.

Dispatches has gained a total of 5 Royal Television Society Awards for programmes including ‘Dispatches Special – China’s Stolen Children’. Recent episodes include ‘How Councils Waste Your Money’ and ‘Diets, Drugs and Diabetes’, where the Dispatches team aim that manufacturers of a diabetes medicine should reveal their findings to the general public.
