Abadas are a family created by CBeebies who live inside a traditional pop-up book. Once the book is opened up to read, its playtime for the three adventurous characters as the world inside the book becomes real life!

The characters in Abadas include bossy boots’ Ela the fox,  Seren the bat, the ‘star’ of the group; and shy Hari the hippo. The aim of the programme Abadas is to help children to learn words, organise talk and tell a story again and ask and answer questions to improve their communication skills.
