My Life is a children’s documentary series shown on CBBC examining the lives of UK children and the ups and downs involved with being young.

Issues are looked at in My Life such as what it is like to be female whether you’re a ‘Tomboy’ or traditionally ‘girlie’; what it’s like to be part of a very large family when there is a wedding involved and blossoming romances between teenagers. These reports are told through the perspectives of the youngsters themselves.
